Here’s how to order your ready stretched and exposed screens:<\/strong>
\n1.\u00a0From the dropdown menu above, choose the dimension of your design:\u00a0Mini (8×15 cm),\u00a0A4 (21×30 cm), or\u00a0A3 (30×42 cm)
\n2.\u00a0Choose the appropriate mesh count depending on the ink and print type
\n3.\u00a0Download the template and insert your design at 300 dpi (if it’s an image) or your vector graphic. Templates:\u00a0MINI\u00a0–\u00a0A4\u00a0–\u00a0A3
\n4.\u00a0Send us your file either at the end of the ordering process or via e-mail to info@cplfabbrika.com<\/a><\/p>\n

How to choose the mesh count based on the definition of the design.<\/strong>
\nFor designs with line size of 0.4\u00a0mm: mesh count greater than 32T
\nFor designs with line size of 0.3\u00a0mm: mesh count greater than 43T
\nFor designs with line size of 0.2\u00a0mm: mesh count greater than 90T<\/p>\n

Pay careful attention to the following points:<\/strong>
\n1 colour = 1 screen and 1 file – Multiple colours = multiple screens and multiple files<\/p>\n

So as to enable us to prepare the screen within 48\u00a0hrs, we will not send the file back to you for the design’s measurements and its position on the screen to be checked.
\nWhen you send the file to us with your design, please ensure that it is definitive and printable. If you are unsure, you may prefer to choose the standard 5-day stretching and exposure service.<\/p>\n

How to upload your design in the chosen template<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can add your design to the template in a number of different ways:
\nif your design is in vectorial format: open the template with\u00a0illustrator\u00a0or another programme capable of managing vectorial files (for example corel draw), add the design (file –> import), position the design where you want it in the white area and save as a\u00a0.pdf\u00a0,\u00a0.ai\u00a0or\u00a0.eps\u00a0file (we cannot open .cdr Corel files)
\nif you have a jpeg or raster image, you need to open the template in Photoshop, add the file (file –> import) with the image previously saved at 300 dpi, position it in the white area and save as a .jpeg , .pdf or .psd file.<\/p>\n

Your design needs to be in\u00a0its actual print size\u00a0(1:1),\u00a0in 100% black and\u00a0white, or in\u00a0greyscale.
\nIf you are sending us a vectorial file, please make sure you’ve converted any text to outlines.If you save the file as a .jpg,\u00a0please ensure the\u00a0resolution is 300 dpi.<\/p>\n

Remember: 1 file -> 1 colour -> 1 screen<\/strong><\/p>\n
