\nThe IR Flash Dryer can also be used for polymerising inks.<\/p>\n
Unlike other flash dryers, the IR 3000 W Flash Dryer is a low wattage dryer.
\nIt\u2019s equipped with 6 lamps, each with a power rating of 500 W, and can even function with as few as 3 lamps (reducing energy consumption by 1500 W).
\nNo need to use a 380 V power system.<\/p>\n
The unique feature of this kind of flash dryer, which sets it apart from those that use a heating element, is that the IR lamps only need to be switched on when needed.
\nThe flash dryer comes to the required temperature in just a few seconds, and stays on only for as long as it takes for the ink to dry.
\nThe drying time can be set manually.<\/p>\n
The dryer can be switched on and off in a number of different ways:
\n– via a pedal
\n– via a switch on the carousel that activates the dryer when the printing station passes through
\n– via an optical reader that activates the dryer when the printing station passes through<\/p>\n
The heated surface area is very large: 43 x 50 cm, so also suitable for large T-shirts.<\/p>\n
The IR 3000 W Flash Dryer (43 x 50 cm) is equipped with 4 cooling fans, which can be activated separately from the lamps and can therefore also be used to dry the ink, without having to switch on the lamps.<\/p>\n
