This anti-waste spatula was born directly in CPL Fabbrika’s workshop.<\/p>\n
In fact, at the end of processing the frames, we realised that we could not recover all the emulsion that remained at the bottom of the scoop coater.<\/p>\n
So we made this spatula from the vulkollan – itself salvaged – used to make the doctor blades. We cut the vulkollan so that it had the right shape for the bottom of the scoop coater.<\/p>\n
Just run this spatula along the tray, and you will be able to recover all the emulsion, without waste.<\/p>\n
