The machine consists of:
\n– a metal base consisting of a table resting on the ground with four legs; the aspirator is housed in the underlying part of the table; the base is not paneled;
\n– a printing frame holder group, movable with hinges to allow the contact – detachment run of the frame with the piece to be printed.
\nThe unit is adjustable in height to be able to print parts of different thickness (h max 130 mm); the column guides for this adjustment are integral with the base table.
\nThe movement of the frame holder is manual and a pair of counterweights balances everything guaranteeing the parking of the frame holder during the lifting phase.
\n– a printing surface resting on the table and bound to it with devices that allow its movement on the three axes for the purpose of adjustment for the centering of the particular to be printed.
\nThe printing surface is made of anodized aluminum, in the suction version; a system based on a shutter that covers \/ uncovers the suction mouth of the suction unit, ensures that suction on the printing surface takes place only with the printing frame lowered<\/p>\n
