These are semi-automatic 1-color screen printing machines.<\/p>\n
The lifting of the printing unit is the traditional one with a hinged book opening at the rear of the machine.<\/p>\n
The lifting of the printing unit is now achieved through a mechanical system that replaces the old traditional system with pneumatic cylinder; this new solution guarantees a smooth and linear movement of the lifting and lowering phases of the frame without considering the considerable reduction in air consumption.<\/p>\n
The printing table is made of medium-dense bilaminate or anodized aluminum both in the version with or without vacuum (in the case of the version with vacuum, the suction is managed automatically by the machine; an interesting feature that makes this equipment very versatile is that the printing table is adjustable in height thus allowing the printing of both thin objects (sheets in general) and very tall objects (wooden boxes etc ..) up to a maximum thickness of about 120 mm (higher thicknesses on request).<\/p>\n
The printing unit, the traditional bayonet system, uses a voulkolan doctor blade (with round or straight profile according to the specific printing needs) for the drafting of the color and a stainless steel scraper for the return of the color (or screen loading).<\/p>\n
The printing pressure (doctor blade) and the scraper pressure are adjustable independently of each other.<\/p>\n
The printing unit is dragged through the classic “double” pneumatic cylinder with high torsional rigidity (adjustable speed); the print stroke is obviously adjustable.<\/p>\n
The print format of this equipment can be customized up to a maximum limit of 50×50 cm of useful print.<\/p>\n
The control \/ command equipment is mounted directly on the machine with a digital display available to the operator through which it is possible to select the printing options: manual, single cycle and continuous cycle (with repeat cycle time).<\/p>\n
