Silh-Blade-Auto-2 is the new generation of blades for the Silhouette Cameo® 4 cutting plotter

The new Auto-2 blade (Silhouette Silh-Blade-Auto-2) has been designed to allow Silhouette Cameo® 4 users to set the blade output, without having to debase the tool from the electronic cutter.

In fact, the adjustment of the blade for the different thicknesses is now even simpler: the most appropriate cutting condition is selected on the Silhouette Studio, the Cameo® 4 plotter automatically adjusts the blade, without the operator having to intervene again.

This new mechanism offers a significant advantage as it takes less time to bring the blade to the correct ledge.

Furthermore, the waste of material is avoided as the Cameo® 4 is able to recognize by itself the blade mounted on the trolley, and adjust accordingly.

The blade is made of special steel and therefore guarantees an even longer service life than the normal Silhouette Ratchet Blade.

This type of blades can only be used on the Silhouette Cameo® 4 and only works on tool holder number 1.
