Resistance varies according to the chosen color, see color chart.

Recommended applications: PVCs, acrylic, ABS, polycarbonate, SAN, me- tal, glass, ceramics, pens / cigarette lighters acetal, polyamides, wood, etc.

Presentation: Only viscosity needs to be adjusted, depending on the job, factory temperature and impression speed.

Limitations: It has not enough resistance for certain sort of greases.

Diluents: Dilute only with D-400. When dried to the air it dries easily if the ambient temperature is above 20oC. Should you pass it through the oven, do it at the lowest possible temperature to avoid gloss loss.

Security: Carefully read the label directions and the tab Security of this ink.

Q&A

In what percentage should the Afford pad printing ink be diluted when mixed with the D-100 thinner?
Answer to the question from Patricia

There isn’t a correct dilution ratio, it needs to be diluted so as to obtain a homogeneous paste, similar to the consistency of mayonnaise.

The thinner makes the ink more fluid, so it needs to be diluted according to need.
