How to send your file for screen printing
When preparing your file, follow these two easy steps:
1) The design needs to be in its actual print size (1:1)
2) Save the file as a jpg, tiff, pdf, ai, or eps. If you are sending us a vectorial file, please make sure you've converted any text to outlines. If you save the file as a .jpg, please ensure the resolution is 300 dpi.
Remember: 1 file -> 1 colour -> 1 screen
If you are having difficulty separating the colours, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
How to choose the screen on the basis of the design.
To calculate the working area from the dimension of the design, do as follows:
The minimum dimensions required to obtain the appropriate working area on the basis of your design are:
(A) Squeegee direction 13 cm + (A) + 13 cm = Working area
(B) Other direction 10 cm + (B) + 10 cm = Working area
Download and print the pdf, so you always have this procedure to hand >>>
