Nyloflex

Ideal for printing on a wide variety of items and materials:
polyamides, nylon, various synthetic fabrics, polyester fabrics, rain jackets, thermoplastic materials, PVC, ABS,
polystyrene with certain thinners, polycarbonate (with particular attention paid to ensuring specific thinners are used), merchandise, helmet decals and much more.


An Adhesion Promoter can be added to increase adherence on difficult materials and siliconised nylon.

    • Is Nyloflex ink suitable for customising nylon shoes?
    • Yes, I can confirm that Nyloflex ink adheres to nylon.

      However, you need to be aware of the results that might be obtained from the different possible techniques.
      Screen printing creates a very thin layer of ink (approximately 20 micrometres): as a result, although the ink itself isn’t particularly flexible, the design won’t crack as the material bends.

      However, if the layer of ink that’s created using other techniques (brush, roller, etc.) is too thick, the ink can crack and look pretty unpleasant.

      We therefore suggest that you carry out a preliminary test.
