With this printing and cutting plotter, it is possible to shape in a perfect and automatic way the graphics printed on stickers or on thermo-transferable materials, to perform unique works.
The Roland BN-20 plotter can be used for printing only or cutting only.
Thanks to inkjet printing technology, it can print on paper, adhesive PVC and materials for personalizing clothing or thermo-transferable.
It can accommodate widths up to a maximum of 51 cm.
New generation inks
VersaSTUDIO BN-20 is a plotter that can be equipped with the new Roland DG inks: the ECO-SOL MAX3.
These inks are characterized by a fast drying speed, larger cartridges which correspond to a lower cost per cc of ink and a better yield in terms of quality.

VersaWorks Dual is a latest generation RIP, developed by the Roland DG studios and able to make the most of the features of your peripheral.
It is designed to optimize the efficiency, speed and print quality of your jobs.
Process all common graphic formats such as TIFF, JPEG, EPS, PostScript and PDF.
It allows you to manage complex files with shadows, transparencies, layers with special colors and effects directly from RIP, without the use of additional graphic software.
It allows you to change the color, positioning and size of a graphic file, to save time and work more efficiently and quickly.
VersaWorks Dual is completely in Italian and can be updated for free.
It includes other useful features, including:

– Roland Color System Library with over 1000 spot colors and 512 metallic colors.
