With the new TCC SMART cap, the Secabo automatic heat press offers even better performance in finishing baseball caps, hats and similar products.

The TCC SMART controller is equipped with a Bluetooth interface which, with the free Secabo SMART Transfer application, allows control of the printing and at the same time access to a complete database of functions.

Simply enter the fabric type and transfer material and suitable combinations for temperature, time and pressure can be called up.

Additional functions such as heat-up time calculation and warning functions make the app a valuable aid for all common heat transfer processes.

The contact pressure of the new Secabo TCC SMART cap transfer press is adjusted by means of a handwheel located on the underside of the easily interchangeable base elements, while the pulled cap is tensioned from below using pliers.

The TCC SMART automatic opening has a wide opening angle and a button for manual opening before the set time expires.
It is suitable for professional application of all common heat transfer processes, such as hot lamination, flexible lamination, sublimation, transfer, inkjet lamination, etc.
