The pliers are positioned all around the screen printing frame, they are pneumatically connected in a “ring” and controlled by a single control unit through which the air delivery and discharge are controlled (double effect) as well as the actuation speed during the tensioning and releasing phase.

The tensioning of the fabric is adjusted through the working pressure of the pliers which in turn is regulated by the pressure regulator of the control unit.

The pincer support made of cast aluminum is made with an inclined shape so that during the tensioning phase the fabric adheres perfectly to the frame to facilitate the gluing phases.

The rear counterweight prevents the caliper from “rising” during the tensioning phase; the closing of the clamp is manual

The jaw that tightens the fabric is covered with “ribbed” rubber in such a way as to perfectly block the fabric, preventing it from “slipping” from the grip of the jaws during the tensioning phase; the shape of the jaw is also inclined at 45 ° so that when the pliers are side by side there is no free space between one jaw and the other.
