The freestanding backing plate makes it easy to mount fabrics in a single layer; only the fabric segment to be printed rests on the backing plate. Prints previously applied to the fabric remain unaffected and creases that compromise the print result (usually caused by two layers) are easily avoidable.
During the transfer process, the smooth-functioning pressure arm automatically locks into place, so you don’t have to hold it down all the time.
To release the pressure arm, simply lift it about 2 cm. The built-in spring mechanism will then automatically hoist the heating plate. No force is needed to lift it.
