The press is used for the exposure at the source of screen printing frames made with any type of direct, superdirect or indirect matrix.
Mounted on a special mobile stand on 4 swiveling wheels, it can be locked both vertically and horizontally to be adapted to the type of lamp used for display; the rotation of the worktop is manual up to sizes of 150×200 cm.
For larger formats we recommend the pneumatic rotation system.
The opening (called book) takes place by lifting the rubber holder frame by means of pneumatic gas pistons.
The rubber sheet with a special knurled internal surface, for the rapid passage of air, is highly elastic and deforms under the action of the vacuum pump by pressing uniformly over the entire surface in order to ensure perfect contact between the slide and the matrix.
