Products for the recovery of screen printing and stripping frames – Strip Concentrated Solution 1 LT

Very energetic product.
Average dilution 1:10.

The stripping liquid is spread with a sponge on the screen printing frame arranged horizontally, the stripping liquid is left to act for two minutes and no more, then rinsed with a strong jet of water.
In this way the gelatine is dissolved and the screen printing frame is ready for a new use.

Strip concentrated solution for stripping is the ideal product to obtain 10 Lt of ready-to-use product.
The product must be diluted in water and spread on the screen printing frame with a sponge.
To be diluted in demineralized water, so that impurities do not alter the product.

Here are our tips for a correct use of stripping:
– First of all, remove the ink residues from the screen printing frame
– Spread the stripping on the screen printing frame, held horizontally, and do not let it dry on the screen printing frame
– Using a pressure washer or a simple garden pump, remove the emulsion from the screen printing frame, taking care to clean all the meshes.
– Repeat the operation once or twice, especially in the areas where the frame is dirtier than the emulsion.
