Stripping products – Strip concentrated solution in a 5 liter pack.

Very energetic stripping product.

Average dilution 1:10.

For a correct use, the stripping liquid must be spread on the screen printing frame arranged horizontally.
Usually, a sponge is used.
After that, let the liquid act for about two minutes, no more.
At this point, it is necessary to rinse the frame with a strong jet of water, using a pressure washer or a shower (for smaller frames).
At this point, the jelly will be dissolved and wiped off the surface of the frame.

The stripping product must be diluted in water and spread on the screen printing frame with a sponge.
We recommend diluting the stripping in demineralized water, to prevent impurities from altering the stripping product.

For optimal stripping we recommend that you:
– Clean the frame and remove the ink residues;
– Spread the stripping on the frame with a sponge and prevent it from drying on the canvas.
– Using a pressure washer, a shower or a garden pump, wash the frame and remove any residual emulsion
– We recommend repeating the operation 2 or 3 times, in order to obtain a perfectly clean and reusable frame
