Ecocleaner recirculation System
Closed-circuit system with recovery tank.

The Ecocleaner S recirculation plants of 100 litres allow to purify and recirculate in closed circuit the water coming from the silk-screen printing tanks without connections to the water mains (loading and unloading), using the tank column on the right side of the machine.

The filtering action is achieved by means of mechanical filters, active carbon cylinder and fabric roll with manual feed.

The Ecocleaner S recirculation system allows the reuse of the same water for a variable time depending on the frequency of water treatment lt. 100

The backwashing system of the filtering column (active carbon cylinder) is carried out by acting on the valves with two operating positions (recirculation or backwashing) located on the front part of the machine; in this way we can extend the duration of the filtering action of the active carbons

Checking the state of wear and/or pollution of the activated carbons is carried out by means of a pressure gauge, which constantly indicates the operating pressure of the system: with a pressure of 2.5-3 bar it is therefore necessary to replace the activated carbons.

The overall dimensions are 127x92x58 cm.

One hundred litres is the liquid capacity of the machine.

This is the 100 litre capacity of its tank, which is recycled, purified and reused in the closed circuit.

After a certain period of time, which varies depending on how the machine is used, but in any case in the order of weeks, the 100 litres must be handed over to a disposal company and replaced with another 100 litres of clean water.
