Full description

Water-based elastic ink to be pigmented with Texprint dyes.
Aquatech ink is ideal for printing on light-coloured fabrics and suitable for different types of fabrics such as cotton, lycra and jersey.

It enjoys good elasticity and does not dry on the loom.

Aquatech ink is suitable for printing even the finest details, using screen printing frames with up to 120 threads.
Its application is soft-handed and low tack.

Its components are PVC and phthalate free, and contain no formaldehyde or heavy metals.

The application of the transparent base generates non-covering inks.
The opaque base has good elaticity and excellent opacity on dark backgrounds.

Although it is a water-based ink, it contains small percentages of naphtha and petroleum derivatives, which is why it is recommended to dilute it with Aquatech Thinner.
All inks of the Texprint line, which you can find in our shop, can be used with this basis.

Among the qualities of Aquatech inks are that they do not dry on the screen printing frame and are free of PVC and phthalates.
Furthermore, Aquatech products do not contain formaldehyde or heavy metals.

If necessary, dilute with the appropriate Aquatech Thinner.

Q&A

Is it absolutely necessary to add a catalyst to Texprint inks or can they be used without it?
Answer to the question from Frank

The Texprint catalyst comes included with the ink itself and 5% should be added in relation to the total weight of the ink (e.g. 1kg of ink, add 50g of catalyst). Whilst it isn’t absolutely necessary to add the catalyst, it is strongly recommended, especially in certain weather conditions.
