Ideal with Diazo emulsion: they eliminate the need for additional exposure after frame development.

The exposure time varies according to the emulsion used on the loom and the number of threads of the loom itself.

By emulsifying the screen printing frames with diazo and UV neon the exposure times will be considerably reduced.

If, once the exposure is finished, the emulsion detaches from the screen printing frame, it means that the exposure time was not sufficient.
