Is this light suitable for exposure units used for creating photopolymer pad printing cliché plates?

These neon lights are suitable for exposing pad printing cliché plates, but a 60 cm neon light (let alone 4) would be far more than you actually need for exposing a pad printing cliché plate, because it’s significantly smaller.
