Exposure times reduced by approximately 80% Ideal with Diazo emulsion: they eliminate the need for additional exposure after developing the screen printing frame.
The exposure time varies according to the emulsion used on the screen printing frame and the number of threads of the frame itself.
By emulsifying the frames with diazo and UV neon the exposure times will be considerably reduced.
If, once the exposure is finished, the emulsion detaches from the screen printing frame, it means that the exposure time was not sufficient.
