Pad Printing Inks Afford Multipad 20 Series
Reduce stocks: use one ink type for all materials
Recommended applications: PVC, acrylics, ABS, polycarbonates, SAN, metal, glass, ceramics, pens, lighters, polyamides, wood, etc.
Finish: glossy

One and Two component pad-printing ink.

The dried film of the 20 SERIES:
The ability to optionally employ a hardener provides a versatile ink that may be valid for printing on almost all materials
Good chemical resistance
High adherence in a varied number of materials
Ink with high opacity.
Resistance varies according to the chosen color, see color chart.

Recommended applications: PVCs, acrylic, ABS, polycarbonate, SAN, me- tal, glass, ceramics, pens / cigarette lighters acetal, polyamides, wood, etc.

Finish: Gloss.

Presentation: Only viscosity needs to be adjusted, depending on the job, factory temperature and impression speed.

Limitations: It has not enough resistance for certain sort of greases.

Diluents: Dilute only with D-400. When dried to the air it dries easily if the ambient temperature is above 20oC. Should you pass it through the oven, do it at the lowest possible temperature to avoid gloss loss.

Screens: Emulsion with ARGAZOL-E (easy decoating) or ARGAZOL-UV (high performance and definition) with meshes from 90 to 140 meshes/cm.

In what percentage should the Afford pad printing ink be diluted when mixed with the D-100 thinner?

There isn’t a correct dilution ratio, it needs to be diluted so as to obtain a homogeneous paste, similar to the consistency of mayonnaise.

The thinner makes the ink more fluid, so it needs to be diluted according to need.
