Spray opener for screenprinting frames.
The Opener is a spray to be used during printing, whenever the loom links become clogged due to the ink that begins to dry in the links themselves.
A splash of Aprimaglia dissolves the ink, and with two or three successive prints on paper, the frame and ink are brought back to normal.
You spray the lower part of the loom and immediately wipe it clean with a rag. Two or three blank prints are made, on a sheet of paper, to bring the loom up to speed.
It is unnecessary with water-based inks, as a spray bottle filled with water is sufficient in such cases.
It is almost superfluous with plastisol inks, as this type of ink does not tend to solidify on the loom.
It is indispensable with solvent-based inks.
