Full description

Products for the recovery of screen printing frames and stripping – Remove Er 5

Remove Er 5 is the most suitable product for removing gelatin from the screen printing frame.
It is liquid and ready to use.
It is used with the empty bottle with sprayer.
You can also spread the stripping liquid with a sponge on the horizontal screen printing frame, leaving the liquid to act for two minutes and no more, then rinse with a strong jet of water. In this way the gelatin is dissolved.

Concentrated stripping products can be used in concentrated form or diluted in water up to 4 times.

For optimal stripping we recommend that you:
– Remove any ink residue from the screen printing frame;
– Do not let the emulsion dry on the screen printing frame;
– Eliminate the emulsion from the screen printing frame with a pressure washer or a simple garden pump (for small size frames);
– Repeat the operation 1/2 times in the areas where the screen printing frame is dirtiest.

Q&A

Does this screen printing degreaser work with all emulsions?
Answer to the question from Frederic

Saatiโ€™s Remove ER 5 degreasing liquid is suitable for all emulsions that are available in our online store.

Itโ€™s ready-to-use and doesnโ€™t need to be diluted.

Will this solvent only remove ink? I am afraid to use it because I just used some Remove ER5 and it completely ruined my frame.
Answer to the question from Adele

It happened because Remove ER5 is not for removing ink, but for stripping, which is the process of removing the emulsion from the frame.

Solvent 110 Bio is the recommended product for cleaning the frame without ruining the engraving.

Remember that the solvent is only used with solvent or plastisol inks; water-based inks, on the other hand, should be removed with water alone.
