It is a guided squeegee screen printing machine with book opening.

The linear movement of the squeegee is achieved through a bearing carriage that slides on a calibrated bar in special steel: this system allows the printing of medium-large sizes with extreme ease.

The mechanical part to which the frame carrying arms are fixed is adjustable in height, thus allowing the printing of details of various thicknesses up to a maximum of about 100 mm (for higher heights, specify this when ordering).

Also in the rear part are the counterweights which have the purpose of holding the frame upwards in such a way as to facilitate the loading / unloading of the machine.

The printing table is made of medium-dense bilaminate or aluminum in the version with or without suction (vacuum) and is equipped with a mechanical micrometric screw system that allows easy and precise registration of the part to be printed according to the “X” and ” Y “; in the case of the suction version, the “vacuum” aspirator automatically intervenes during the descent phase of the printing unit.

This equipment does not require compressed air as the suction of the top is generated by an electric fan positioned under the base.
