This series combines better handling both in the loading / unloading phase and in the printing phase, and a more practical housing of the frames within a rigid frame holder.

The linear movement of the squeegee is with a bearing carriage sliding on a calibrated bar in special steel; according to the thickness of the bodies to be printed, it is possible to adjust the height of the frame with respect to the printing surface by acting on the 4 leaflets placed on the printing frame holder (maximum height: 130 mm) by acting on the leaflets on the base it is possible to obtain the adjustment of the printing table on the two X and Y planes to carry out the first print centering.

The blocking of the printing frame holder is carried out by two electromagnets; the lifting of the printing unit is servo-assisted by four counterweights placed laterally with respect to the machine base; the printing unit is kept in a high position by two electromagnets placed on the side; the electromagnets are deactivated by means of a pedal available to the operator or (alternatively) by means of a bar placed longitudinally with respect to the base of the printer and operated by a slight pressure exerted with the knee.

Once the magnets have been deactivated, the printing unit can be lowered and then another print cycle repeated; the printing surface is made of aluminum; the “vacuum” aspirator intervenes automatically during the descent phase of the printing unit.

This equipment does not require compressed air as the suction of the top is generated by an electric fan positioned under the base; as an option, the blowing printing surface (air cushion) can be ordered.

The machine is manufactured in accordance with current legislation for the affixing of the “CE” mark, and is also accompanied by a use and maintenance manual.
