What is this emulsion for?
Screen Sol 400 Blu emulsion is a universal screen printing emulsion suitable for exposing screens.
The print can be created using water-based, Plastisol or Solvent-based inks.
It’s therefore a Universal Screen Printing Emulsion, it doesn’t matter which ink you use for printing.
Is it necessary to add Diazo?
This emulsion becomes photosensitive when Diazo is added.
The Diazo is provided together with the emulsion.
Emulsion with diazo added can be stored for up to 30 days at 20°C. If kept refrigerated at 5°C, the emulsion can last up to 90 days.
In any case, it must be stored in a dark location and in a well sealed container.
What stripper can be used to remove it?
This emulsion can be removed from the exposed screen using any type of stripper.

What light needs to be used to expose the screen?
Screen Sol 400 Blu Universal Emulsion can be exposed with UV light.
