Here’s how to order your ready stretched and exposed screens:
1. From the dropdown menu above, choose the dimension of your design: Mini (8×15 cm), A4 (21×30 cm), or A3 (30×42 cm)
2. Choose the appropriate mesh count depending on the ink and print type
3. Download the template and insert your design at 300 dpi (if it’s an image) or your vector graphic. Templates: MINI – A4 – A3
4. Send us your file either at the end of the ordering process or via e-mail to info@cplfabbrika.com

How to choose the mesh count based on the definition of the design.
For designs with line size of 0.4 mm: mesh count greater than 32T
For designs with line size of 0.3 mm: mesh count greater than 43T
For designs with line size of 0.2 mm: mesh count greater than 90T

Pay careful attention to the following points:
1 colour = 1 screen and 1 file – Multiple colours = multiple screens and multiple files

So as to enable us to prepare the screen within 48 hrs, we will not send the file back to you for the design’s measurements and its position on the screen to be checked.
When you send the file to us with your design, please ensure that it is definitive and printable. If you are unsure, you may prefer to choose the standard 5-day stretching and exposure service.

How to upload your design in the chosen template

You can add your design to the template in a number of different ways:
if your design is in vectorial format: open the template with illustrator or another programme capable of managing vectorial files (for example corel draw), add the design (file –> import), position the design where you want it in the white area and save as a .pdf , .ai or .eps file (we cannot open .cdr Corel files)
if you have a jpeg or raster image, you need to open the template in Photoshop, add the file (file –> import) with the image previously saved at 300 dpi, position it in the white area and save as a .jpeg , .pdf or .psd file.

Your design needs to be in its actual print size (1:1), in 100% black and white, or in greyscale.
If you are sending us a vectorial file, please make sure you’ve converted any text to outlines.If you save the file as a .jpg, please ensure the resolution is 300 dpi.

Remember: 1 file -> 1 colour -> 1 screen
