Full description

Complete with lamp holder support for neon 60cm long.
They allow you to engrave a 65×60 cm frame.
UV emission suitable for normal photopolymer diazo and diazo gelatins.
The average exposure is about 3-5 minutes.
Each lamp holder is complete with ballast and condenser, already wired.
The neons have a length of 60 cm and a power of 18 Watt each.
The neon door armor is about 70 cm long.
It is only necessary to connect the 6 lamp holders together, acting on the central terminal blocks.
The lamp holders are ideal for mounting on a plywood panel, 10 cm away from each other.
Never expose yourself directly to the flow of UV radiation emitted by the sources.
This kit of UV emitting neon tubes, with the relative lamp holders, is the right complement to the vacuum system.
It offers the opportunity for everyone to obtain a UV display with pneumatic vacuum system to one third of a classic professional display.
Some work is needed, but the most problematic phase, which is finding the tubes with the correct light emission and the relative lamp holders, is solved.
The 6 lamp holders are screwed to a wooden panel, approximately 70×80 cm in size.
All the lamp holder terminals must be connected together in parallel and the electrical system is completed with a plug, to be inserted into the power socket.
A box about 16 cm high can be created around the neon lights, again in wood and placed on top of a crystal.
At this point you have a real UV bromograph, capable of exposing a normal frame in about 5-6 minutes.

Q&A

Is this light suitable for exposure units used for creating photopolymer pad printing cliché plates?
Answer to the question from Desiree

These neon lights are suitable for exposing pad printing cliché plates, but a 60 cm neon light (let alone 4) would be far more than you actually need for exposing a pad printing cliché plate, because it’s significantly smaller.
